API Security
API access is authenticated, permission-controlled, and rate-limited, so programmatic access carries the same scrutiny as the platform itself.
AI Data Protection
AI features are opt-in, and your customer data is not used to train models by Visible or our AI providers. Your team chooses when to use AI and can review generated results before relying on them in reports and decisions.
Audited Infrastructure
Visible uses Heroku and AWS for application hosting and data storage. These providers undergo independent security assessments, including ISO 27001 certification and SOC audits, providing an audited foundation for the systems that store and process your fund and portfolio data.
SSO & Two-Factor Authentication
Enable single sign-on so that access follows your existing identity provider, and two-factor authentication for teams that need it, so your account isn’t secured by a password alone.
Payment Security
Payments are processed entirely through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Visible does not store full card numbers or CVCs.
Encryption
All data moving between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256, the same standard used across regulated industries handling sensitive financial information.
Automated Vulnerability Scanning
Dependencies are continuously monitored for known vulnerabilities, and every backend code change is security-scanned in CI. Findings are reviewed within 24 hours; validated critical issues are addressed within 72 hours, and high-severity issues within 30 days.
